Schulz SMH High Temp Dryers eliminate the need for separate aftercooler and moisture separators, conserving valuable floor space. High Inlet Temperature Capability: Designed to handle inlet air temperatures up to 180°F, making it suitable for use directly after compressors without separate cooling. Integrated Aftercooler: Features a built-in aftercooler circuit with a separate auto drain, eliminating the need for an additional aftercooler, thus saving space and reducing installation complexity. Ambient Temperature Tolerance: Can operate in high ambient temperatures up to 113°F, ideal for various industrial environments where temperature control might be challenging. Automatic Drainage: Features an automatic drain system controlled by a timer, ensuring efficient removal of condensate without manual intervention. Stable Dew Point Performance: Maintains a stable dew point, which is critical for applications requiring consistent moisture control in the compressed air. Prevention of Damage: A high-temperature air dryer like the SMH series is designed to handle hot, moist air directly from the compressor. However, if there's a significant amount of liquid water present, it can potentially damage the dryer's internal components or reduce its efficiency. A water separator helps remove bulk water, which protects the dryer. Arrow Filters have a Maximum of 160 F inlet air temperature.

  • Please Ensure Your Air Compressor's CFM Flow Rate Is No Greater Than 20 CFM. Oversizing The Dryer To The Air Compressor Is Always Recommended. Undersizing The Dryer Will Cause Performance And Longevity Issues
